HOW OUR SYSTEM WORKS

FairMPOS uses a wallet-based system. You top up your wallet with any amount you choose, and when you subscribe to a plan or license, the cost is automatically deducted from your wallet balance. When your subscription period ends, the system will attempt to renew it using your available wallet balance.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & RENEWALS

There's no need to manually cancel - simply don't top up your wallet if you wish to stop using the service.

REFUNDS

Subscription refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Once a subscription is renewed and the 30-day period begins, that payment is final.

Wallet balance refunds: If you decide to leave FairMPOS and have unused funds in your wallet, you can request a refund of your remaining balance.

How to request a refund:
All refund requests must be made via email to [email protected]. We review each request on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to help.

Your wallet balance never expires. Any funds you add will remain available until you use them or request a refund.
