HOW CANCELLATION WORKS

FairMPOS uses a wallet-based subscription system, so there's no "cancel" button or formal cancellation process. Your subscription simply won't renew if your wallet doesn't have sufficient funds.

STOPPING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

If you'd like to stop using FairMPOS:

  1. Simply stop adding funds to your wallet.
  2. At the end of your current 30-day subscription period, the system will attempt to renew.
  3. If your wallet balance is insufficient, the renewal will fail.
  4. You'll have a 3-day grace period to top up if you change your mind.
  5. After the grace period, your access will be paused.

You can reactivate at any time by topping up your wallet - your account isn't deleted just because your subscription lapses.

REFUNDS UPON CANCELLATION

If you have unused funds remaining in your wallet and wish to stop using FairMPOS, you can request a refund of your wallet balance by emailing us at [email protected].

Please note:

ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION

If your account remains inactive (no active subscription or wallet activity), your data will be automatically deleted after 180 days.

If you'd like your data deleted sooner, simply email us at [email protected] with your request and we'll take care of it.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

If you have any concerns or complaints regarding cancellation:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours
  3. We aim to resolve all issues within 30 days
